Mayor "Wonka" Nagin
This guy is freakin' nuts! I think he's trying to secure a job with the NAACP. If a white guy would have said "We need to make this a white city," he would have been burned at the stake! But I guess it's ok for a black guy to say whatever he wants? What a freakin' idiot!
